Everything you need to know when you are registered for the Danish language course at A2B and are about to start teaching

This page contains information for you who are already registered for the Danish language course at A2B, have had a visitation interview, and will soon have the first teaching session. You have probably already received the information during the visitation interview and may have also received it by email. But here we have collected answers to all the questions you may have about starting the Danish language course at A2B.

Technical Questions

How do I participate in online teaching?
Online teaching takes place via Microsoft Teams, and you will find the link to your class in the A2B Portal here. You will receive login information (username and password) for the A2B Portal via email and SMS on the same day you start teaching. If you haven't received them, contact A2B at contact@a2b.dk.

I've forgotten my login details for the A2B Portal - what do I do?
You can reset your password by clicking the link here.

I haven't received login information for the A2B Portal?
You will first receive login information (username and password) for the A2B Portal on the day you have your first teaching session. You will receive the login details by both email and SMS, and then you can log in to the A2B Portal via the link here. Note that when you first log in, you need to create a new password. If you haven't received login details on the first day of teaching, contact your language center, which you can find contact details for here.

I can't log in to the A2B Portal?
Check that you are logging in to the A2B Portal at this address https://portal.a2b.dk/. You log in with the login information you received via SMS and email. If you've forgotten your login information, you can reset your password here.

I can't see my homework on the A2B Portal?
Contact your teacher by email or during the next teaching session if you can't see homework and assignments for your class. Or contact your language center, which you can find contact details for here.

I can't see all my e-books?
If there are books from Praxis or Gyldendal that you can't see, you should contact your teacher by email or in the next teaching session, who can help you gain access.

Practical Questions

How do I call in sick?
If you can't attend teaching, you should report absence in the way described during the visitation interview - at some of A2B's language centers, this can be done via an app. If you're unsure how to report absence, you can contact your language center, which you can find contact details for here.

Where do I pay the deposit?
You can pay your deposit for the Danish course at A2B via the link here. Remember to select which language school you attend or choose an online course. Note that the deposit must be paid before you can start at the language school.

How do I get my deposit back?
When you pass a module test or the final exam, you can get your deposit back. Contact your language center, which you can find contact details for here, to have your deposit returned.

I have passed the final Danish exam at A2B but haven't received my exam certificate, how do I get it?
To receive your exam certificate, you must visit the language school during opening hours or contact your language center by email or phone (find contact details here). Then we will arrange how to send/deliver the certificate to you.

I need documentation for passing a module test, how do I get it?
You must visit the language school during opening hours or contact your language center by email or phone (find contact details here). Then we will agree on how we can print the documentation and send it to you.

Where and When

Where should I attend teaching?
During the visitation interview, you agreed on where you should attend Danish teaching - whether it's at the language center, online, or perhaps at your company or educational institution - and you have probably also received a follow-up email. If you're still in doubt, contact the language center you are affiliated with – you can find contact details here.

When should I have teaching?
The time for your teaching was also agreed during the visitation and sent to you by email. If you're in doubt, contact your language center, which you can find contact details for here.
